Description

A fun and easy dessert featuring crisp apple slices coated in caramel and chocolate, baked to perfection on a single sheet pan.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Lightly spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the apples, then sprinkle with chocolate chips and optional nuts.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until apples are tender and caramel is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
