- 4 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Arrange mixed greens on a large platter.
- Layer sliced heirloom tomatoes and roast beef over the greens.
- Place burrata cheese in the center and gently tear it open.
- Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
