For the Crust:

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, cilantro, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season scallops with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer scallops to a plate and drizzle with the lime cilantro sauce.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
