A decadent appetizer featuring creamy baked brie topped with sweet roasted grapes, fragrant rosemary, and a drizzle of spicy honey.

For the Crust:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, toss grapes with olive oil, half the rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer in a cast iron skillet.
- Place the brie wheel in the center of the skillet surrounded by grapes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until brie is soft and grapes are blistered.
- While baking, warm honey with remaining rosemary and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over baked brie and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
