Description

A creamy, savory pasta dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach in a rich, garlic-infused sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
