A creamy and vibrant pasta dish featuring tender spaghetti, fresh spinach, and a rich sun-dried tomato cream sauce.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
