A simple yet flavorful pasta dish featuring tender spaghetti tossed with sautéed garlic and fresh spinach in a light olive oil sauce.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add drained spaghetti to the skillet along with reserved pasta water and lemon juice. Toss to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce coats the pasta.
- Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
