- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, milk, maple syrup, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with additional maple syrup or toppings of your choice.
