Description

A flavorful and elegant one-pan meal featuring spiced salmon fillets, crispy golden potatoes, and tender asparagus baked in a creamy sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Rub salmon fillets with spice blend.
  3. Arrange asparagus around potatoes on the baking sheet. Place salmon fillets on top. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Pour over asparagus.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
