A flavorful and satisfying dish featuring tender chicken, colorful bell peppers, and a spicy garlic sauce served over egg noodles with a side of steamed broccoli.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers and cook until slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat everything in the sauce.
- Serve the spicy garlic chicken and peppers over the cooked egg noodles with steamed broccoli on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions.
