For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce, sriracha, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste. Serve hot over cooked white rice.
