A refreshing and spicy pineapple salsa paired with creamy burrata and crunchy tortilla chips, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
  2. Season the salsa with salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Place the burrata cheese on a serving platter and surround it with the prepared salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
