For the Crust:
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Season the salsa with salt to taste and mix well.
- Place the burrata cheese on a serving platter and surround it with the prepared salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
