For the Crust:
- 1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2–3 dried red chilies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and crushed red chilies, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until slightly wilted but still crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
- Season with salt if needed and serve immediately.
