For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chili crunch or chili oil with crispy bits
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme or oregano) for garnish
- Crusty bread or pita chips for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed, about 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create swirls on the surface.
- Drizzle the honey evenly over the whipped feta, then spoon the chili crunch or chili oil on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with crusty bread or pita chips.
