Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip with a kick of spice, drizzled with sweet honey and topped with crunchy chili oil for a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chili crunch or chili oil with crispy bits
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme or oregano) for garnish
  • Crusty bread or pita chips for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create swirls on the surface.
  4. Drizzle the honey evenly over the whipped feta, then spoon the chili crunch or chili oil on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with crusty bread or pita chips.

Notes
