Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip with a kick of spice, drizzled with sweet honey and crunchy chili oil.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chili crunch or chili oil with flakes
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish
  • Crackers or toasted bread for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
  3. Drizzle honey over the whipped feta, then top with chili crunch and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
