For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chili crunch or chili oil with flakes
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish
- Crackers or toasted bread for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
- Drizzle honey over the whipped feta, then top with chili crunch and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
