Description
A deliciously cheesy pull-apart bread with spinach and artichoke filling.

For the Crust:
- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread diagonally into 1-inch diamonds, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Combine mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, and garlic in a bowl.
- Stuff the spinach-artichoke mixture between the cuts in the bread.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
