Description

Crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden and crisp. Remove from oven.
  4. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into the baked wonton cups.
  6. Return to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until filling is hot and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
