Description

Crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Remove from oven and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into the baked wonton cups.
  6. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is hot and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
