Description

A savory and creamy quiche filled with fresh spinach, sharp cheddar, and a hint of garlic, perfect for brunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Layer the chopped spinach and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese, ensuring it spreads evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
