For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cottage cheese, drained
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
- Divide dough into 8 pieces, roll each into a rope, and shape into flagels (flattened bagels). Place on baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds if using, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
