- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and spinach, cooking until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, then let cool.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle. Cut into triangles (like Christmas trees).
- Mix cooled spinach, feta, and cranberries in a bowl. Spoon mixture onto each triangle, leaving edges clear.
- Fold pastry over filling, pressing edges to seal. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
