Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Sprinkle diced strawberries and chopped almonds over the yogurt layer.
