Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 cup chopped strawberries (fresh preferred)
1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed nuts or granola (optional)
1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted (optional for drizzling or dipping)
Instructions
1. Dice strawberries into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using. Mix well.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop.

Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
Swap honey for keto-friendly sweeteners like erythritol if preferred.
