- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup peaches, sliced

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Arrange the sliced avocados and all fruits (watermelon, strawberries, peaches, blueberries) artfully on a large serving platter.
- Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves evenly over the platter.
- Drizzle the lime juice and olive oil over the fruits and avocado.
