Description

A refreshing and creamy burrata dish with a spicy kick, perfect for summer gatherings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large burrata cheese
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Arrange the sliced peaches on a serving plate.
  2. Place the burrata in the center of the peaches.
  3. Drizzle honey and olive oil over the burrata and peaches.
  4. Sprinkle chili flakes and salt on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers.
