  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Let the dip stand at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving with bread.
