- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
- Let sweet potato rounds cool slightly. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each round.
- Top each round with a small dollop of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
