- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
- Let rounds cool slightly, then spread a layer of cream cheese on each.
