A delicious appetizer featuring sweet potatoes topped with creamy whipped feta and a drizzle of honey.

For the Crust:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds.
  2. Arrange sweet potato slices on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
  3. In a bowl, combine feta cheese and heavy cream; whip until smooth. Top each sweet potato slice with whipped feta and drizzle with honey.
