Description

A delicious baked sweet potato dish with a surprise core of melting feta cheese, topped with crispy sage leaves for an extra touch of flavor.

For the Crust:

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh sage leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  2. After cooling slightly, carefully cut a slit into each sweet potato and fill with crumbled feta cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.
  3. In a small pan, heat olive oil and fry the sage leaves until crispy. Garnish the sweet potatoes with the crispy sage before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
