Tender chicken thighs glazed in a sweet and spicy sauce, served over garlicky spaghetti for a quick, flavorful meal.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
