For the Crust:
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss cherry tomatoes with honey, chili flakes, and salt. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes burst and caramelize.
- In a food processor, blend feta, heavy cream, olive oil, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
- Spread whipped feta on a serving plate and top with candied cherry tomatoes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve with crusty bread or crackers.
