For the Crust:
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the feta block on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the feta is soft and caramelized on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top with chopped pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread.
