Description
A soft and fluffy focaccia bread shaped into a ring with a gooey Camembert center, perfect for sharing.

For the Crust:
- 500g strong white bread flour
- 7g fast-action yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300ml warm water
- 1 wheel of Camembert cheese
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add olive oil and warm water, then mix to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Shape the dough into a ring on a baking tray, leaving a hole in the center for the Camembert.
- Place the Camembert in the center, score the top, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Serve warm for the cheese to be perfectly melted.
