For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and onion powder until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on each triangle, then place a mozzarella cube at the wide end. Roll up, starting from the wide end, and pinch edges to seal.
- Arrange rolls in a circle on the baking sheet, with pointed ends facing out, to form a wreath. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chives.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
