A sweet and savory flatbread featuring crisp crust, creamy feta, tender roasted pears, crunchy hazelnuts, and a fragrant honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made thin-crust pizza dough
  • 2 ripe but firm pears, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Toss pear slices with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on dough.
  3. Scatter crumbled feta and thyme over pears. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and pears are tender.
  5. Meanwhile, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
  6. Remove flatbread from oven, top with toasted hazelnuts, and drizzle with warm honey.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
