For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made thin-crust pizza dough
- 2 ripe but firm pears, thinly sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Toss pear slices with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on dough.
- Scatter crumbled feta and thyme over pears. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and pears are tender.
- Meanwhile, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Remove flatbread from oven, top with toasted hazelnuts, and drizzle with warm honey.
- Slice and serve immediately.
