For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 French baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth. Spread evenly in a small baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the tomato mixture over the cheese layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
