A creamy, cheesy dip with fresh tomato bruschetta flavors, perfect for parties or snacking.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, and 1/2 cup mozzarella until smooth.
  3. Fold in tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
