For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, and 1/2 cup mozzarella until smooth.
- Fold in tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
