For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
- While baking, combine diced tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and balsamic glaze in a bowl to make the bruschetta topping.
- Remove dip from oven, top with bruschetta mixture, and serve warm with baguette slices or crackers.
