Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- In a baking dish, layer the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Spread the tomato mixture evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden brown.
- Serve warm with sliced bread or crackers.
