Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring cheese-filled ravioli in a creamy garlic sauce with fresh spinach and tangy sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, toss gently to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
