Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring cheese-filled ravioli in a creamy garlic sauce with fresh spinach and tangy sun-dried tomatoes.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
