A stunning, pull-apart wreath of soft, cheesy bread bombs, perfect for sharing at gatherings.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a round cake pan or oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and minced garlic. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Scoop dough into 12 equal portions and shape into balls. Arrange in a circle in the prepared pan, touching slightly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through. Brush with extra melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
