For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the chicken slices with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Assemble each wrap by placing cooked chicken, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce in the center of a tortilla.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream, then fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  6. Optional: Heat the assembled wraps in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla.
