For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the chicken slices with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Assemble each wrap by placing cooked chicken, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce in the center of a tortilla.
- Drizzle with sour cream, then fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
- Optional: Heat the assembled wraps in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla.
