For the Crust:
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 sheet puff pastry (optional, for wrapping)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place brie wheel in a small baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread fig jam evenly over the top of the brie, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until brie is soft and jam is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers or baguette slices.
