A rich and elegant appetizer featuring creamy baked brie topped with sweet fig jam and fragrant rosemary.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (optional, for wrapping)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place brie wheel in a small baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread fig jam evenly over the top of the brie, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until brie is soft and jam is bubbly.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers or baguette slices.
