- 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 sheet puff pastry (optional, for wrapping)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). If using puff pastry, roll it out and place the brie in the center, then wrap it up, sealing the edges.
- Place the brie (wrapped or unwrapped) on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with chopped figs and pecans, then drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and the toppings are fragrant. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
