A rich and elegant appetizer featuring creamy brie cheese baked until gooey, topped with sweet figs, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of honey.

For the Crust:

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the brie wheel on a small baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.
  2. Arrange the quartered figs and chopped pecans around and on top of the brie.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the brie, figs, and pecans. Sprinkle with thyme leaves and sea salt.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and slightly melted. Serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
