For the Crust:
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie wheel in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top the brie evenly with chopped figs and pecans.
- Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
- Carefully remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
