For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 fresh figs, halved
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth.
- Arrange fig halves in a baking dish, cut side up. Spoon the cheese mixture over the figs.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and walnuts. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
