Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease four ramekins or muffin cups.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Fold in sliced strawberries and rolled oats gently.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the cups are set.
